COOL sale fares no longer get onepass miles

From the Terms & Conditions for continental.com specials (Note the "Continental.com Specials are not valid for OnePass mileage accrual.")

continental.com Specials Rules

The fares listed are available only through continental.com and are valid only for the dates indicated. Fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. Continental.com Specials are not valid for OnePass mileage accrual. For bookings made through Continental Airlines Reservations, an additional charge of 20.00 USD will be applied to each ticket purchased. The September 11th Security Fee of up to 10.00 USD depending on routing is not included. Passenger Facility Charges, up to 18.00 USD depending on routing, are not included. Up to 3.00 USD per segment federal excise tax, as applicable, is not included.

This appeared on the new contniental web site. When asked about this, Continental has said that it is a typo that will be corrected. However, it was a while ago, so it's a bit disconcerting.
