Longest Express flight

What's the longest ERJ flight that Continental Express services?

I'm flying Continental Express out of IAH to CHS this week on an ERJ and am not looking forward to the 924 miles trip. That seems really, really long.

It's funny that I'm flying a 757-200 on the 140mi trip between AUS and IAH, but an ERJ over 900 miles out of IAH.

DFW-CLE: 1014 miles. There is no mainline flight on this route.

At least with CLE-DFW, you could fly AA on a real jet. The only option from AUS or IAH to CHS is the ExpressJet.

Is CLE-DFW the longest route? Hard to imagine that anyone would actually willingly travel on an ERJ for much longer. That 1014 mi route isn't far from IAH-LAX and such. Scary.

3 hours 9 minutes flying time. That oughta be a crime! Anything over 1:30 on an RJ is too much for me. Rules out a lot of CO flying from CLE...

Yeah, I'm with duxfan. That sounds absolutely brutal.

You've got to be a glutton for punishment to turn down MRTC on the same route for a jungle jet!

My flight leaves at 12:30 or so and isn't a lunch flight, either. Touches down in Charleston after 4pm. I'll have to stock up on crackers and cheeses in the P-Club in B if they have them out by then.

"Lunch flight" meaning the sandwich, carrots, and chocolate, of course. Luckily, I've confirmed the meal on the return. Either way, I'm dreading the experience. It's almost not worth the segments.
