I logged into the Onepass web site this morning to look at my recent activity. It happily pulled up my "Account Activity Since 09/03/2001," but there's only one entry in it -- my Randalls grocery store miles.

I've flown Continental 12 times since 9/3, I think, in addition to credit card bonuses, rental cars, etc. All this stuff was in there a few days ago.

Anyone else lose their recent activity?

The reliability of the Onepass site is almost comical.

In the past I have had problems with viewing my recent activity, but I would say for the last two or three months it has worked well (and I probably check the activity two to three times a week). It has all flights, bonuses, credit card miles, car rentals, hotel stays and the like. The inconsistency that I tend to find with OP is that my transactions typically show up at INFOPASS a day or two before they register on the website. I don't have a clue why.

Well its back. Who knows what is wrong now. I figure that they keep throwing promotions at us, but yet they can’t update while keeping the site up, either that or hackers.
