 SkyMiles Held for Ransom
Has anyone had their SkyMiles taken away this year? I am a Multi MM, Gold Med, and Flying Colonel. My acccount was emptied by Delta because of inactivity. Fair enough if a) I received notice this was about to happen or b) my account didn't list a Dec 09 expiration of the miles on each month's statement.
My protests were answered with platitudes like "we deeply appreciate your business". And "you can buy your miles back if you want them".
Who said the Somali pirates didn't have a winning business model. They say they will kill them Dec 31 if I dont pay the ransom.
