Grand Canyon tour from Phoenix

Hi guys! I am planning for my next tour with my nature lovers team. We would like to make a tour to Pheonix, Scottsdale and Tempe. I got the idea from this scottsdale grand canyon tours program. How do you think about those places? Is it possible to make a travel to those places in one trip for 3 weeks? Please give me your review. Thanks!
