Moscow in Russia is the city where snow can be expected all the way from the beginning of November through to the end of March. There are many beautiful places to visit in winter.

I suggest you Manali to visit in this winter. Rohtang pass is famous for snow falling. World wide tourist come here to enjoy snow falling.

If you are planning to visit India, then I would like to suggest you to visit Jammu Kashmir, Shimla, Manali. There are lots of spots, exactly what you are looking.
