Airport Shops

Just as a side note I do customer service evaluations at many of the airports that I am traveling through. I know that several companies conduct the shops but I go through Bare International. They are fun to do and don't take much time. They pay you for the report and reimburse for the purchase.

How much do the mystery shops pay? Can you choose your assignments or do they assign them.
