Climat Tenerife

I just want to ask from this forum what is the condition of climat Tenerife since I have a problem with weather conditions? Before I jumped in to a place for a vacation I should see to ti that I know the weather condition if the place since I cannot withstand too much cold and too much hot. Thanks for the hel.
