Cursos Inglés in Europe

Hello everybody! I'm from Japan and my family have been planning to migrate to the U.S.A. in the near future. I've just graduated from high school and I'm not sure if I'll be going to college. I think I want to study only the English language for now and learn it well. I believe the knowledge of the English language is helpful in many areas. Can you please tell me where I can take cursos inglés en extranjero? Thank you very much.
