I certainly understand that there's a huge population of gays and lesbians that travel on a very regular basis. However, I'm not sure how travel needs differ enough from straight travellers to require a specific forum.

What type of discussion would you like to foster in this forum? What would the description for the topic of conversation be in the forum index? I'd like to have a better idea of what might come up.

My ultimate concern is that we create forums that don't receive much traffic and that result in splitting up an already limited amount of traffic.

Let me know what you think. I certainly would support this if I understood how it could prove to be viable.

Thanks.

Daniel

Thanks for your well-thought reply. I created a Gay and Lesbian Travel forum.

You are the moderator and hopefully can encourage the type of discussion that you've suggested, as well as keeping things in line if any problems are to arise.

Thanks for your contribution.

Cheers.

Daniel

Actually, dukepv was originally vehemently against such a forum. He then decided to plagiarize me and other FlyerTalkers in his posts above.

I completely object to this misuse of my writings.

To see the original posts, please click to this forum:

The posts in question start on page three.

Thank you.

Frankly, I don't even know.

I don't understand why dukepv didn't just delete his posts if he wanted to hide his tracks.

I believe that we created the forum, nobody posted to it, and after a few months it was deleted.
