Homestay available in Chicago, IL USA

Hi I am thinking of offering up my home as a homestay for foreign students(or professionals).. I have never done anything like this before so I am wondering if there are any individuals out there who had this experience who are willing to share and give advice on the subject.... For individuals out there who are looking for a homestay a little bit the place I have a two bedroom apartment located in wrigleyville(walking distance to the cubs stadium) within walking distance to the red line el stop(train station)and busses travelling to the heart of downtown. I a little about I am a 25 y/o professional finance student who was born and raised in Chicago. I am a nonsmoker and am willing(if applicable) to help however with your english learning needs.
