International tourists flock to Quang Ninh

The number of international arrivals to Quang Ninh in the first months of 2014 continuously soars, exceeding 17% compared to the same period last year.


Accordingly, the amount of international tourists staying overnight in Ha Long is over 565,000, up 18% over the same period of 2013; the number of international tourists visiting Ha Long Bay reached nearly 656,000, seeing a rise of 2%. Consequently, tourism revenue achieved 2,019 billion, an increase of 18% in comparision with the same period lats year.

As predicted, Ha Long will be an attractive destination, alluring thousands of international tourists arrival during the Ha Long Carnival 2014 and other tourism events in this summer.
