I think the Library is broken

I can't access the library with my password and username! I get an e-mail with a code word. Ihave to do this everytime! It's really very strange. Also, why are hyperlinks disabled? I made nice ones in Word, but they were disabled. And the format! It was typed up nicely, then it messed up the entire format.

Other than that, good!
