Reliable tour operator in Vietnam, need advices!

Hi,
We are group of 20 planning trip to Vietnam in late of November and we will spend about 10days in Vietnam. We don't know that we will fly to North or South of Vietnam.
We looking for a reliable tour operator in vietnam. Any advices for places to go, things to do and reliable, well organized tour oprator in VIETNAM.
