Seeking Apartment Recommendations

Hi friends,
I'm looking to move to another (studio) apartment either in the Lincoln Park area or closer/in downtown. Rent max would be around $950 per month. I've been reading a lot of apartment reviews, and it's hard to find that many positive ones online. While I have a list of choices, I thought I would post here to ask if any of the Chicago-area residents had thoughts/recommendations.
