Spice Express Northern Vietnam

http://nichetravel.com.vn/
Experiencing four seasons, northern Vietnam enjoys a broad culinary palate. The mornings are spent savouring the subtle anise aromas wafting from pho bo broth. The afternoons enjoying caramalised peach tarts with shots of pungent mocha scented coffee. The evenings are languidly spent in Hanoian culinary institutions savouring the heady mix of tumeric and galangal char grilled fish. The nights conclude with the subtle sweetness of young rice icecream
