the pinstripe warrior

One of my young children was asked to write a typical school assignment - what is your parent's job? Well my spouse and kids have never understood what I do for a living, but they know I travel a lot in planes, trains, cars, etc. So my daughter wrote a story about her father the Travel Warrior!!

Of course instead of a sword and shield, I was described carrying a mobile phone and a laptop and wearing a pin-stripe suit (not of armour). It was a great Tale of conquests in foreign parts (she must have heard me talk about business successes on returning from a trip).

I've heard us frequent business travelers called a lot of things - corporate travelers, business travelers, road warriors, frequent flyers, corporate roadies - but I really took to the idea of being a Travel Warrior.

Anyone got other good names for us and a reason for the name?
