Will be organized inside the Hue Imperial City (Dai Noi, Hue city) in the evening of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of April, 2007, with the selection of special and excellent programs. To be in the Royal Palace By Night, our distinguished visitors will have a golden oppoturnity to be wallowed in a jubilant space of the royal palaces by night; to enjoy royal timbres through a variety of music and dance performances once played at the royal places in the old days ; and to attend to playing different traditional games with poetic delight and fascination.

Reappearing the once glistening and fascinating spectacle of the royal palaces in Hue.

Performing several royal dances, extracts of Tuong (Theatrical Art), pieces of Nha nhac - Vietnamese Court Music,... in which the unique values of Hue royal intangible culture will be highlighted.

Providing a variety of special royal and folk games which creating the jubilant atmosphere for a festival day.

To the Royal Palace By Night, our distinguished visitors will have a golden chance to enjoy a variety of Hue.cultural products richly imbued with local identity.

Royal Palace by Night will bring our distinguished visitors a new nuance that impacts on all their senses, that is optic influence with the effect of light, of art performing activities and exhibition; influence on smell with the fragrance of frankincense pervading on the way to the Imperial City; influence on eyesight with the effect of sound created from the art performance, from nature and human; influence on taste with eating and drinking art in the style of Hue; influence on touch with royal game recreation and ancient royal costumes; influence on feeling with impression and emotion from art installations and reappearing the past.
The program of Royal Palace by Night is planned to organize monthly in full-moon nights in order to make Hue imperial City a wonderful place for visitors not only to view but also to entertain and enjoy eating and drinking art as well as to further understand the daily life in the Hue’s ancient royal place.
