Where?

Where should I go?

HERE'S WANT I WANT

-Slightly upscale hotel (i.e. Marriot, Hilton, DoubleTree)
-Affordable airfare (with the majors, like American or US Airways)
-Somewhere in the U.S. of A.
-Warm (i.e. 75 to 80) but not hot in late June
-Stuff like muesems, landmarks and such

Any ideas?

THANKS!

A few come to mind, and it all depends on your tastes and what you like to do.

Washington DC
San Diego
San Francisco (might be a little cool for your tastes)
Charleston, SC

Depending on what you want, Las Vegas or New Orleans might be options, although both of those tend to be real warm, although June is borderline.

My favourite place to visit in America is Boston. It has great hotels, Logan is a high volume airport so you can usually find good deals there, it's warm and sunny late in June, and there's no better place for history in the USA.

It really is a great place to visit!

If you really like history and museums, may I also recommend Montréal? It's not in the USA, but it's a historical, very european, and a beautiful city. It's also close to Québec City which is very European and very historic, right here in North America. You'll think you're in another world.

Just because CO doesn't fly there, dbaker would never consider it, but don't rule out Chicago! :)

I think San Diego is a good bet. Can't really go wrong there.

Well, the BIG ATL didn't meet the requirement of "Warm (i.e. 75 to 80) but not hot in late June "

But I'll agree; the BIG ATL can be very fun, I've spent a lot of time there and it certainly meets all of his other requirements.
