We're all busy posting inbetween flights -- you should too!

Welcome back, afang.

I had a long dry spell of no travel which was frustrating. (it sure would be interesting to graph my ityt posting frequency against my travel frequency!). But things are picking up. I had an RDU trip earlier this week, just booked my TLS trip for 30-Sep, and I'm still on target for an NRT trip sometime in November. Yay! I get grumpy when I don't get to fly.

After the new job..I don't fly as often as I used to and sometimes they actually wanted me to drive a rental car...I drove from Plano,Texas to Denver,CO...and that was heck of a drive...not to mention the other drive from Plano to Birmingham,AL -->Atlanta,GA-->Valdosta,GA-->Pensacola,FL-->Gulfport,MS then back to Plano, I stopped at 5 cities in 4 days...worked at night and drove during the day! I was dead tired!

I've done Birmingham to Austin a few times, that's a pretty mind-numbing drive. Light traffic, which is great, but the roads are in terrible condition.

The I-75 trip from Atlanta down into Florida is pretty bad, too. But there's always the King Frog exit 10 to look forward to.
