Jetstar fares get cheaper without baggage

"The budget airfare war has again heated up with Tiger Airways announcing its own sale in the wake of Jetstar's one-cent seats...The move comes after Virgin Blue last week trumpeted its sale of one-cent fares from Sydney to Port Macquarie. Jetstar is now claiming its airfare sale is the cheapest ever offered in Australia for interstate travel."

I'm all for cheaper rates, so I can spend more on the hotel, resort, etc, but my problem would be the luggage. How can a girl NOT check in a luggage?

Go to the airport like an ice age is coming. Have heaps of layers of clothes and carry toiletries on board the plane with you, although that might be hard with all the new security measures.
